Ensure wise stewardship of the budget and lead giving initiatives including capital campaigns.Sunday worship gatherings including Nights of Worship, special events, etc. Work with the Service Programming Department to determine adult service production flow for.Work together collaboratively with Southside Ministries and other local campus Lead Pastors and staff through Communication, Collaboration, Celebration, and Care to accomplish our vision and mission.Inspire vision in others through multiple communication mediums.Lead a community impact strategy in which Southside becomes more visible and known.Establish relationships with key influencers in the community.
